First off, you'll want to pick the right seat cushion, backrest design, and size that suit your needs. Customers in different regions actually prefer different chair sizes. For example, clients from Europe and the America tend to like chairs that are a bit wider and roomier, while customers in Japan usually prefer a slightly smaller, more compact fit.

Every customer has different needs when it comes to chair functions. For example: should the backrest recline to 135 degrees or all the way to 180? Do you want a footrest under the seat? Or maybe a swivel tray feature? We can help you figure out what works best.

Because different customers sell through different channels, their packaging needs vary too. Some customers need 'mail-order ready' packaging, while others do retail assembly themselves and just want to fit as many chairs as possible into each box.

Our standard lead time is 30 to 35 days after receiving the deposit before the containers are ready to ship. Of course, some clients also need a pre-shipment inspection arranged — whatever your actual needs are, we'll adjust our production to fit them.

Most clients usually ask for some free spare parts. For our regular customers, we can add a reasonable amount of extras to their orders. As for new customers, we also include some complimentary items — like extra screw packs, casters, or a few spare gas lifts — shipped along with the containers.

If the client has their own freight forwarder, we’ll get in touch with them to book the shipping. If not, no problem — we can also use our own forwarder to help arrange everything.
